Appearance: Nero is a very feminine woman, blessed with ample curves. The type with a gorgeous figure and one who loves to flaunt that fact. Her skin is flawless, and despite being a vampire, usually has a healthy golden hue to it, thanks to the modern tanning sprays. She has sapphire blue eyes, full of sparkly mischief, and sweet, small facial features. Nero’s hair is long, falls past her shoulders to about a third f the way down her back, and is a soft honey blonde shade. Her dress sense is usually provocative, and glittery.

Personality: Nero is a colourful woman, one full of life (or unlife) who loves people, bright lights and new things. She’s always got a number of people around her, and loves to be in a busy bustle, enjoying what’s going on. Nero loves the human body in any form, male or female, and takes many lovers and pets of all shapes and sizes. Nero come off as quite flakey, never really knowing what’s going on, like a complete ditz on acid. But Nero is not as dumb as she looks. While yes, she pulls off the dumb blonde act very well, she’s watching all the time, learning what goes on around her, so she can learn how to bait people. Nero has a habit of saying things carelessly, as if she has no idea why people would get pissy at her.
Powers: Nero is a descendant of Marmee Noir’s line, one of the last vampires to have been made before Marmee and her line went to sleep. Nero is a Master Vampire, and has the ability of flight, and thanks to her Sour De Sang, two animals to call as her own, and has developed an affiliation most with leopards and tigers, particularly liking the way the leopards are so comfortable with nudity. She has some mild control over shadows, and can project illusions, if only for a few seconds.

Short History: Nero (who’s original name is long forgotten) was born in a small village in France, her life was pretty boring. Despite the wars going on and political problems, her village in the heart of one of the wine regions didn’t have much bother. Nero having always been a pretty girl, attracted a lot of male attention, so it isn’t really surprising that her teen years found her working as a prostitute. She fell in with a gypsy train, able to sweet talk men into trade, learned how to fake fortune tell. The leader of the gypsy’s had some odd pets, two lions and two tigers. Even as a human, Nero loved the big cats, and they seemed to take well to her. Unknown to Nero, the leader of the gypsies was a vampire. He took a liking to her, and wanted to add her to his collection as a pet, she was quite cat like in a strange way. He turned her, and taught her how to control her new powers. Shortly after her change, Nero was disturbed when the Master started slipping away into a deep slumber. Nero became distressed for a while, but soon took off to explore the world on her own and develop her vampire powers. She resided in Paris for a while, working as a cabaret dancer, and an actress on the Parisian stage, but moved on from city to city. She gathered her own entourage of people, servants, pets, humans and lycans. When she heard about the development of Las Vegas, Nero became obsessed with the new city, and made it her point to claim it as her own. During the 1960s, Nero did just that, and became and remains, the Master of the City of Las Vegas.
