Personality: Bailey gives off the impression of a flake without any real substance. She's spoilt, flamboyant and out there, loves to try anything once. She's shamelessly flirty, doesn't care if the victim is male or female. Bailey likes to see what she can get away with, she doesn't care if she's told off or yelled at, everything appears to just wash off her. She sails through life as if its just something she has to get through.
Strengths: Bailey is a strong witch, her element is water, which she can call on to make the taps burst or to make rain fall from the sky with little more than a lot of thought and effort into her power and incantation. She has a knack for creating charms - particularly painful charms for a battle offensive like rash charms, burn charms, explosive fire charms, or sleepy-time charms. Bailey will happily make these to sell or train a person to use them - for something in return of course.
Weaknesses: Bailey is often over looked because of her flamboyant attitude, she comes off as stupid, and that makes her irritated, and spiteful. She'll do something unnecessarily nasty just to prove she can. She's not to good at paying attention for long amounts of time, and often drifts off, and that can be quite annoying. She's also a terrible lightweight and can't hold her alcohol, and knows this fact, but doesn't care.
Physical Appearance: Bailey is petite and willowy with lovely pale skin and short curly blonde hair, streaked with white. Sometimes she adds other colours like purples and blacks, or vibrant pinks and reds. Her figure is slender, Bailey is blessed with elegant legs, a small waist line and an ample chest she likes to show off. Her eyes are cat-like green, smoky and mysterious. Bailey likes black lipstick and black nail polish. She mixes and matches what she feels like when it comes to clothes, Bailey doesn't like strict dress senses.

History

: Bailey was a happy child, sweet and full of perkiness, the complete opposite of her twin sister. Bailey was never too smart, but she was always popular with people, and into all sorts of clubs and activities, she was an active cheerleader in middle school and high school, and also starred in two plays in high school.

She learned magic because it was part of her heritage as a Rosewyn, but while Bailey was growing up it was the least of her concerns. When she was eighteen she went to college in Vancouver, she wanted to be a professional cheerleader. She made the squad, but only as alternative, which dampened her spirit, and eventually, she dropped out. After that, Bailey's life took a turn for the worse. She gave up on her studies, she drank too much, got into smoking pot. She became very flaky and disconnected. Half way through her sophomore year she dated a half demon, who got her interested in darker magic and offensive spells. Bailey found she had a knack for it, and paid more attention to her magical abilities, with the encouragement of her half demon lover.

She stayed in Vancouver, unable to face going home. She hadn't written or called anyone she knew from there in years. She took on whatever work she could find - bar work, shop assistant, receptionists…just to make money. One particularly low year Bailey even worked for a high class call girl service. Currently she's a shop assistant in the local magic shop, and recently reunited with her long absentee twin sister Bonnie on the search for a Coven to belong to, Bailey joined her sister's Coven of Dark witches.
